The PhD in Management Sciences aims to produce doctoral graduates with the disciplinary preparation that meets the following goals:

  • An awareness of the complexity of today’s advancement in management sciences and an ability to solve complex problems.
  • To recognize and apply theoretical and practical concepts in organizational settings.
  • To foster original and scholarly research that contributes to all of these fields
  • To enable graduates to integrate their professional education and experience with the larger problems in their respective area of research.

Eligibility

18 years of education (MS/MPhil) in the relevant discipline. In case of any deficiency, additional coursework may be mandatory.

  • MAJU Test/GAT Subjective
  • Interview

Degree Requirement

To obtain the PhD degree, students have to complete 48 credits. 18 credits are to be earned through course work that includes 4 courses and two independent studies. It will be followed by 30 credits thesis.
