Admission Procedure

Online Application

Applications are accepted through online admission form available on MAJU's website (www.jinnah.edu) OR manual admission form available at MAJU’s Admissions Office.

To apply online OR manually, applicants need to fill out admission form and pay the admission processing fee via any ONE of the following payment options:
1) Easy Paisa (Account No. 0341-0003339). Don’t forget to collect Transaction ID from Retailer’s Shop.
2) Demand Draft in the name of “Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi” (for out-stationed candidates)
3) Cash at MAJU’s Admissions Office
along with the copy of your CNIC and 4 recent passport size photographs.

Issuance of Admit Card

After paying application processing fee, Admit Card shall be collected from MAJU’s Admissions Office

Admission Test

The Admission Test is conducted in Karachi on specified date announced in media / on our website. The Admit Cards issued to the applicants indicate the test venue, date, and reporting time. The applicants should bring their Admit Cards to be able to appear in the Admission Test. Applicants who pass the Admission Test will be called for an interview

Interview List

The names of candidates who qualify the Admission Test and are eligible to appear for interview activities will be displayed on our website. These applicants are to report to the venue at the designated date and time for the said activity.

Interview

Interviews are conducted for evaluating the level of maturity, academic aptitude, motivation, interpersonal skills and career focus of the applicants.

For Undergraduate Students Only:

- Matriculation / O' Level Marks Sheet
- Matriculation / O' Level Certificate
- Intermediate / A' Level Marks Sheet
- Intermediate / A' Level Certificate
- IBCC Equivalence in case of O/A Level
- National Identity Card / B-Form

For Graduate Students Only:

- Matriculation / O' Level Marks Sheet
- Matriculation / O' Level Certificate
- Intermediate / A' Level Marks Sheet
- Intermediate / A' Level Certificate
- IBCC Equivalence in case of O/A Level
- Graduation Marks Sheet
- Graduation Degree
- National Identity Card / B-Form
- HEC Equivalence

List of Successful Candidates

The candidates who qualify the admission requirements (Admission Test, Interview etc.) will get their Provisional Admission Letter, Fee Challan and Payment Instructions from Admissions Office.

Registration

The Successful Candidates shall be required to deposit dues within the deadline to get the Registration Number and First Semester courses detail. All the students MUST attend an orientation session; they are also welcomed to collect their timetables from our inform desk. In case of any query, feel free to contact the Admissions Office.
