Successful Entrepreneur creates opportunities himself, Senator Abdul Haseeb Deputy Commissioner, Sindh Revenue Board, (SRB) Imran Bhatti and head of economics department, M.A. Jinnah University Dr. Shafiq Ur Rehman also addressed to the seminar. While sharing the success story chairman of a Pharmaceutical Company expressed his views ; It is not necessary that only a highly educated man or a person from very rich family may be a successful entrepreneur only, for this purpose one should have required to proper use of his mental abilities and to create opportunities for himself rather than waiting for opportunities. I being a member of a working family started sailing of food stuff on footpath at the age of 12 and now after over 50 years hard work and struggle I am chairman of a Pharmaceutical Company presently.
Senator Haseeb khan asked the students that to be a successful entrepreneur always learn something from prevailing business conditions, Positive thinking, to identify the problems and find the solutions, consultation, to follow his decisions strictly, time management, to take benefit from available opportunities, to understand good and bad conditions, to judge his own capacity, working collaboration, determination, convincing power and wisdom are most vital aspects. He said that in business world one cannot survive Through his intelligence only positive thinking is most important; once you commit a mistake don’t repeat it which is a sin also.

Addressing to the seminar, Deputy Commissioner, SRB, Imran Bhutti told the students that before the approval of 10th Constitutional approval in 2010; federal government was providing Rs. 8 billion share to Sindh government in respect of sales tax recovery. He informed that on receipt of the power of the recovery of sales tax to provincial government, we recovered Rs. 18.2 billion sales tax in first year. He said with better management and increase in efficient manpower we have raised recovery of sales tax recovery up to Rs. 61 billon and this year our recovery target is Rs. 71 billion. He told that at present in 3 departments are responsible for collecting taxes in Sindh, but SRB is collecting 51 per cent of total recovery of taxes of the province only.

Later on Head of economics department, Dr. Shafiq Ur Rehman thanked the guest speakers and presented MAJU souvenirs to them.
