Q 5. What documents are required at the time of admission?

Ans. Following documents are required;

  • Copy of all your testimonials.
  • Copy of provisional certificate for result awaiting students.
  • Copy of National Identity Card or Form “B”
  • Four recent photographs.
  • For foreign student NOC from:
    • Respective Embassy.
    • Ministry of Education.
    • Ministry of Interior.

Q 6. Does University entertain transfer cases?

Ans. Yes, but conditions apply. However those who have been expelled from any institution on the basis of discipline, poor performance, or have been time bared will not be entertained.

Q 7. Does the University follow an open policy in awarding admissions?

Ans. Yes, university offers open merit admissions. There is no quota system except for DAE candidates wanting admission in undergraduate engineering disciplines.

Q 8. I appeared in FSc final exam but have not yet received the result. Can I apply for admission?

Ans. Yes, you can apply as a result awaiting candidate. However you are required to submit the result before midterm during the 1st semester.

Q 9. If I failed to attain the required marks/percentage/CGPA as a result awaiting candidate, what will happen?

Ans. In such a case your admission shall stand cancelled.

Q 10. Will I be refunded the fee if I fail to attain the required marks/percentage/CGPA as a result awaiting candidate?

Ans. The fee will be refunded as per University Fee Refund Policy which is available in the prospectus.

Q 11. What type of admission test will be given?

Ans. The admission test consists of MCQ’s from Maths and English.

Q 12. When is the final list for successful candidates displayed?

Ans. The list of successful candidates is normally placed on the website within three days after the final admission test is conducted.

Q 13. When do the classes begin?

Ans. Normally classes of Fall semester commence from mid September, and classes for the Spring semester commence from mid February.

Q 14. Can I change the discipline after I have taken admission?

Ans. Yes. You can change once, provided you are eligible for the new discipline.
