Holds PhD degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) awarded in 2019 at Universiti Utara Malaysia, Malaysia. He endeavors research in HRM prospects in different fields of life. His research profile includes many national and international research publications and conferences. Hands-on data screening and analysis through SPSS and Smart-PLS. He strongly believes in the ability to fulfill or to deliver as per the commitment. Dr. Abdul Samad have blended 3 years of academia and 5 years of industry experience. He has unique mix of teaching and supervising experience for research projects, research reports, and thesis of students from graduate to postgraduate level. He is currently serving as an Assistant professor, member of research unit, and academic advisor to the management sciences program at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University, Pakistan.
